Webinar to Review 2013’s Key Consumer Credit Cases

Maurice Speaks to Attorneys General at George Mason Law School

Nov. 15, 2013 — Donald Maurice spoke at the Attorneys General Education Program Policy Conference on Federalism and State Regulation of Lending on Nov. 14, at George Mason University School of Law in Denver.

Maurice was part of a panel of speakers who discussed issues in debt collection practices. Maurice spoke about the frivolous complaints brought by participants in debt collection litigation.
