Nov. 11, 2025 — Maurice Wutscher bankruptcy practitioner Alan Hochheiser will present the NBI Live webinar course, “Automatic Stay Violations: Creditor Lessons From Recent Case Law,” on Nov. 11 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm ET.

The powerful, broad-scope automatic stay protection is in bankruptcy courts, and all creditors must pay attention to how it is being interpreted in recent cases. Attendees will learn how the courts are interpreting what constitutes a violation and understand the potential liabilities.
