Erik C. Fritz is a Senior Counsel practicing in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Consumer Credit Litigation, and Insurance Recovery and Advisory groups.
Prior to joining Maurice Wutscher LLP, Erik specialized in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and contested commercial foreclosures. He has worked as an attorney at both major regional and boutique law firms in Miami, where he successfully litigated dozens of cases through trial.
Erik obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating with High Honors. After college, Erik earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, making the Dean’s List and graduating cum laude.
He is a member of the national Mortgage Bankers Association, the American Bankers Association, and RMA International.
Erik is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, as well as in the U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
