March 4, 2021 — Maurice Wutscher attorney Brent Yarborough will participate in a panel discussion of the new model validation notice for debt collection and what companies in the account receivables management industry can do to mitigate risk when using the notice during a webinar March 10 at 1 pm ET.

The model validation notice is included in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s final rule revising Regulation F, which implements the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The rule becomes effective on Nov. 30.
