Sept. 19, 2024 — Maurice Wutscher attorneys Donald Maurice and Shannon Miller will speak on data security compliance and medical debt regulation at the 2024 Mid-America Collection Conference in Fort Worth, Sept. 23-25.

Mr. Maurice will discuss data security risks, regulation and compliance and conduct a data breach tabletop exercise.

In addition, Mr. Maurice and Mr. Miller will review the latest medical debt regulations and give guidance on best practices for compliance.
